Description

The Heat Soaked Glass process is a technique used to reduce the risk of spontaneous breakage in tempered glass. During this process, tempered glass is heated to a high temperature and held for a certain period of time, causing any defective glass to break. The remaining glass is then considered "heat soaked" and is more resistant to breakage than non-heat soaked glass.
