Hartung Glass Industries has acquired 100% of the assets of Northwestern Industries’ (NWI) Seattle location from South Gate, Calif.-based Glasswerks. The transaction is effective immediately. Under the terms of the agreement, NWI Seattle will continue to operate from its current location and facility for up to another 12 months. Originally posted 02/07/2020

Hartung Glass Industries acquired 100 percent of the assets of the Seattle location of Northwestern Industries from South Gate, California-based Glasswerks.
